My branch has been in operation since January of 1992 and have been a mortgage broker since April of 1990.
I am a member of the California Mortgage Brokers Association and have served on both the Ethics and Education committees.
I have conducted training seminars in my industry. To name a couple...I gave a seminar for 500 people at the Century Plaza Hotel, in Century City, for our Mortgage Brokers Convention. Also, at the Airport Hilton Hotel, at LAX, for 150 mortgage brokers. Also, I was invited to speak at the wholesale division's underwriting and sales staff meeting for Countrywide Home Loans, America's #1(in volume) lender.
